Role Description – Community ManagerAs a Community Manager, you will be the voice and heart of our vibrant user base—creating conversations, building trust, and nurturing a safe, inclusive, and engaged community. Your role will involve both strategy and empathy as you manage user interactions, events, feedback loops, and social presence to foster a strong sense of belonging. Key Responsibilities:Design and run community-building campaigns, AMAs, and virtual meetups.

Gather feedback, identify trends, and relay community insights to product and support teams. Represent the brand confidently in front of the camera for video shoots and updates. Collaborate with marketing to shape voice, tone, and messaging that resonates.

Track engagement metrics and suggest strategies to boost retention and satisfaction. Maintain community guidelines and foster a safe, respectful environment for all members. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.

Prior experience or internship in community building, customer support, or social media is preferred. Empathetic communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills. A keen listener who can interpret both explicit and subtle feedback.

Strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle sensitive situations gracefully. Understanding of diverse communities and cultures is a big plus. Founder's Desk – Why
