Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Ambassador based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Ambassador will be responsible for driving the company's social media strategy, creating and managing content, optimizing social media channels, and engaging with the online community. Daily tasks include monitoring social media trends, developing content calendars, crafting and scheduling posts, and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing Content Strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
