We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure success and optimize campaigns.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry news.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,603.75 per month
