Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

  • Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills
  • Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Training and Development, Workforce Planning, and HR Strategy skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Experience in a similar HR role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
