Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin professional who can manage daily HR operations, employee coordination, administrative activities, grievance handling, and attendance management. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in HR & Admin functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Handle employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including screening, coordination, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain related reports.
  • Support HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management
  • .Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
  • .Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
  • .Manage travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • .Assist in preparing MIS reports as needed
