We Are Hiring Loan Sales Executive – Home & Mortgage Loans In Rajkot

Job Title: Loan Sales Executive – Home & Mortgage Loans

Department: Retail Banking / Sales & Distribution
Location: Rajkot
Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, real estate agent relationships, and marketing campaigns.

  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable home and mortgage loan products.

  • Guide customers through the loan application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursal.

  • Collect and verify documents required for credit appraisal and KYC compliance.

  • Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly loan sales targets.

  • Maintain strong follow-up and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.

  • Keep updated with housing market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory norms, and ethical selling practices.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in retail loan sales, preferably in home or mortgage loans.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
