Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Officers & Senior Sales Officers in Madhya Pradesh.

Job Title: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer – LAP/Mortgage

Locations: Indore, Manawar (Dhar), Rajgarh (Dhar), Sanawad – Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required: 6 months to 5 years in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales

Salary: Up to ₹3.25 LPA

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire potential customers for LAP/Mortgage products.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets by actively promoting and selling LAP products.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

  • Assist clients in the loan application process and ensure smooth documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless loan processing and disbursal.

  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.

  • Strong knowledge of loan products and financial services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
