Workday Integration Specialist

Description
GlobalLogic seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist with deep expertise in Workday HCM/Finance integrations, Custom Report Services (CRS), and authentication protocols. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving complex integration issues, particularly those related to metadata synchronization, schema drift, and connector optimization. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and support teams to improve resolution efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday integrations.
• Proven hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Finance, CRS, and Workday APIs.
• Strong technical knowledge of authentication protocols and connector debugging.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks
• Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and manage Workday test and sandbox environments.
• Reproduce and resolve integration issues reported by customers, particularly metadata sync failures from CRS.
• Diagnose and manage schema drift, null field issues, and report inconsistencies.
• Validate and troubleshoot authentication setups (JWT, OAuth, SAML).
• Develop reusable templates, technical documentation, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports to support continuous improvement.
