Key Responsibilities

Podcast Hosting & Production

� Host and moderate podcast episodes featuring internal leaders, industry experts, and guests.

� Research, script, and structure episodes to ensure compelling storytelling and audience engagement.

� Develop thematic content calendars and integrate podcasts into the broader content strategy.

Social Media Content Creation

� Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Spotify.

Strategy & Analytics

� Track performance metrics (views, listens, engagement) and refine content based on audience insights.

� Experiment with trending formats and technologies to boost reach and relevance.

Profit Centre Management

� Entrepreneurial mindset for managing the studio as an independent profit centre.

� Enterprenurial spirit and insight to run the Studio and YouTube Channel commercially

� Project planning for monetization of the social media/YouTube Channel and the studio

�Content spread planning for monetizing and running YouTube channel and studio profitably

Qualifications & Skills

� Bachelor��s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.

� 3��6 years of experience in hosting, content production, or digital storytelling.

� Excellent command of spoken and written English; Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus.

� On-camera and voice presentation skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.

� Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.

� Basic knowledge of audio/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Descript, Canva).

� Creative thinker with a keen sense of narrative, pacing, and audience connection.

Preferred Traits

� Confident, personable, and naturally curious host persona.

� Strong research and interviewing abilities.

� Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end creative cycles.

� Passion for aviation, travel, or technology storytelling (if relevant to your brand).
