The role involves implementing and managing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall growth. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance marketing campaigns, conducting market and audience research, executing innovative growth hacking strategies, collaborating with sales teams, and managing ongoing performance marketing projects to meet business objectives.What You’ll DoAnalytics & Insights:Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute product led growth strategies toacquire & retain new users.Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies (e.g., email, in-app messaging) to improve useractivation, engagement, and retention.Identify the gaps in the growth funnel (top of the funnel, bottom of the funnel & middle of the funnel)and develop strategies to address them.Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, andconversion using multiple channels.Leverage tools like GA4, Mixpanel, to identify growth opportunities and monitor campaignperformance.Identify the customer behavior patterns to maximize retention and reduce churn.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new growthopportunities and differentiate our SaaS product.Conduct in-depth funnel analysis to understand drop-offs and improve user journeys.Work closely with the cross functional team to identify growth opportunities and prioritize productimprovements based on user feedback and data insights.Growth Campaigns:Design and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, and referralchannels.Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through iterative testing and experiments.Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization, and monitor SERP performance.Collaborative Growth:Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to launch impactful product features andcampaigns.Drive A/B testing to enhance website engagement.Collaborate on business partnerships (bonus if you’ve done it before)Experience:2+ years in a growth or marketing role, preferably at a product-based company.Skills:Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets (e.g., Google Ads, MetaAds, LinkedIn).Proficiency with GA4, Mixpanel, and data visualization tools.Drive Organic SEO growth with proven expertiseStrong grasp of growth marketing frameworks and KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and MAUs.Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.Data-driven decision-maker with a knack for experimentation.Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.B.Tech degree will be preferred.Preferred: Previous experience in the podcasting industry or related SaaS platforms is a plus—but itshouldn’t stop you from applying
