Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with candidates. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the podcasting or media industry is a plus
