As an SDR at Hubhopper, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll research, identify, and qualify prospects, helping build a healthy sales pipeline for our Account Executives. This is a high-energy role for someone who’s eager to learn, loves building connections, and thrives in a fast-moving creative industry.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients in key industries (brands, agencies, creators, corporates, etc.).
- Build and maintain a list of qualified leads using CRM tools and online research.
- Reach out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to spark interest in Hubhopper’s services.
Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients’ needs and podcasting goals.
- Qualify leads based on budget, timelines, and fit for Hubhopper’s offerings.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives with high-potential leads.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and events.
- Keep accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, and lead status in the CRM.
- Report weekly progress and insights to the sales team.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (media, advertising, or SaaS preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Organised, target-driven, and resilient in follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Interest in podcasts, media, or digital storytelling.
- Experience in a startup or agency environment.
- Understanding of content marketing and branded content sales.
