Job Title – BDE/Sr. BDE

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree required

Experience: Years (worked for Study MBBS Abroad Segment)

Job Location: Sector 62, Noida.

Office Timings: 10:30am – 7:00 pm (Fixed Shifts)

Job Description:

  • Engage with prospective students via phone, email to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
  • Evaluate students' academic records and recommending appropriate courses & offer them support, guidance, and resources to help students achieve their academic objectives.
  • Providing academic guidance and support to students to discuss academic and personal goals.
  • Engage with students and their parents/guardians to understand their academic needs, career goals, and aspirations.
  • Respond proactively to candidate queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Maintain accurate data & keep records of student interactions.
  • Assist students with the enrolment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends, developments, and changes in educational standards and requirements.

· Must have extensive knowledge and experience regarding the university application and visa process for Russia, Bangladesh, South America Uzbekistan & related countries.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. (verbal and written).
  • Must have experience working for MBBS -Overseas Education industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Should be familiar with MS office
  • Presentable Personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
