Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Trainee/Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with international clients, providing effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining process quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international inbound/outbound customer calls and queries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and meet performance benchmarks (quality, accuracy, productivity).
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and support team objectives.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (as per international time zones)
