Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air/Sea Documentation Specialist at APT Logistics located in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and managing documentation for air and sea freight, coordinating with clients and carriers, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and providing efficient customer service. The specialist will also be responsible for training junior staff members and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge and experience in handling Export documentation and Freight processes
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using standard office software
  • Familiarity with logistics and freight forwarding industry practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
