Plant Finance Operations:


•Manage end-to-end financial and accounting functions at the plant.


•Oversee day-to-day factory accounting, including cost control, expense monitoring, and internal checks.


•Ensure accurate product costing and standard vs actual variance analysis.

Taxation & Compliance:


•Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Factory Act-related financial obligations.

•Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:


•CA / ICWA qualified with 1012 years of experience in plant finance.


•Must have prior experience in Auto Components, Automotive, or Auto Ancillary industries.


•Strong domain expertise in cost accounting, tax compliance, audit, and plant finance operations.
