We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee our hotel finance operations in Pondicherry and Madikeri.

To be successful, you will need a minimum of 6–8 years of experience in hotel/resort finance.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounts, credit, and overall finance operations, ensuring timely statutory and legal compliance, managing budgets, fund allocations, and cost control.

You will also be responsible for generating and monitoring cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports, as well as liaising with banks and financial institutions.

Additionally, you will train and evaluate finance staff, conduct departmental meetings, and implement SOPs.

You should have strong leadership and analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting and compliance, and excellent communication and team management abilities.
