Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    L2/L3 application support
    for business-critical applications in a 24x7 shift-based environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
    SQL databases, PHP-based applications, and Angular front-end
    components.
  • Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and deployment support for applications.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and ensure
    high availability & reliability
    of applications.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Write and maintain
    SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
    to support business requirements.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and provide knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
  • Participate in release management, change requests, and application upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, ITIL processes, and company policies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SQL
    (queries, optimization, stored procedures, triggers).
  • Hands-on experience in
    PHP programming and debugging
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    Angular framework
    for troubleshooting and support.
  • Experience in
    application monitoring tools
    (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
  • Understanding of
    Linux/Unix commands
    and scripting for application support.
  • Familiarity with
    ITIL processes
    (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in
    rotational shifts
    and handle production-critical issues under pressure.
