Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Fleet Operation Manager. The Fleet Operation Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, manage fleet, supervise team members, plan and coordinate vehicle schedules, ensure maintenance of vehicles, analyze operational data to enhance efficiency, and implement safety protocols. The role requires close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure seamless fleet management.

  • Supervisory Skills and Team Management experience
  • Fleet Operations and Fleet Management expertise
  • Strong Operations Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to manage and optimize logistical operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
