Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Engine Mechanic located in West Bengal, India. The Engine Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing engine issues, conducting routine maintenance, working on hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting problems on heavy equipment. The role also involves performing inspections and ensuring the proper functionality of mechanical components in mining and construction vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Small Engine Repair and Heavy Equipment maintenance
  • Experience with Hydraulic Systems and related technologies
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in performing regular Maintenance & Repair tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and workplace compliance standards in the construction and mining industries
  • Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
