Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for
a hands-on, energetic
Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and organizing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves strategic planning to improve operational efficiency and overseeing financial management tasks.
You'll be the driving force behind everything that makes Goofy Golf special — from ensuring guests have a fantastic time on the course to coordinating our café and party room experiences.
The role is based in Kolkata.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily operations and staff schedules

Ensure seamless service across our golf arena and café

Track performance and assist in growth strategies

Support marketing, events, and bookings

Handle customer feedback and enhance guest experience

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service,
    hospitality,

F&B, or service industry is required
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or related field
