Title: Customer Relaonship Executive
Location: Chennai
Department: Customer Service / Sales Support
Key Responsibilies
- Enquiry & Lead Management
o Handle all incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
o Maintain enquiry records and update CRM/lead tracker.
o Ensure mely follow-up on all leads and convert them into sales opportunies.
- Order & Documentaon Process
o Coordinate with sales team for order confirmaon.
o Prepare and send quotaons and invoices to customers.
o Maintain stock reports in coordinaon with the inventory team.
- Payment Coordinaon
o Follow up with customers for mely payment collecons.
o Send payment reminders and confirmaons.
o Share payment acknowledgements with the Accounts Department for reconciliaon.
- Dispatch & Delivery Coordinaon
o Work closely with the dispatch/logiscs team to ensure mely delivery of products.
o Track order status and keep customers updated.
o Resolve any delivery-related queries or issues.
- Installaon & Service Follow-up
o Coordinate with the service/technical team for installaon scheduling.
o Confirm successful installaon with customers.
o Follow up post-delivery for customer feedback and service requirements.
- Customer Relaonship & Retenon
o Maintain a strong relaonship with exisng customers for repeat business.
o Address customer queries, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to the
concerned department.
o Conduct regular follow-ups for prevenve maintenance and service reminders.
- Reporng & Coordinaon
o Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, leads, payments, and service status.
o Share updates with the Sales/Operaons Manager regularly
o Ensure smooth communicaon between Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Service
teams.
Key Skills Required

- Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Time management & multasking ability
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of invoicing and payment follow-up
