Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our sales Team. This is a dual role involving both field sales and in-office customer engagement. You will play a key role in handling enquiries, scheduling site visits, and guiding clients through the property buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers
- Present and explain project details, USPs, pricing, and offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and documentation
- Maintain CRM and update daily sales activities
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for site visits
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
