Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technology Sales Specialist (AV Solutions) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level AV/IT solutions sales, with at least 2 years of proven experience in driving business growth, building customer relationships, and delivering technology solutions that meet enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in enterprise AV solutions. Engage with C-level executives, IT heads, and procurement teams to present and propose tailored AV solutions. Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive pipeline management and client engagement. Maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest AV technologies, trends, and competitor offerings to provide consultative sales. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise accounts. Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise-level sales within AV / IT / Unified Communications industry. Strong knowledge of AV solutions such as video conferencing, digital signage, collaboration systems, and integrated AV technologies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
