Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, managing online platforms, optimizing content, coordinating promotions, analyzing data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all e-commerce touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotions to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Run campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through e-commerce channels.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and customer satisfaction processes.
  • Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.
  • Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, email campaigns, and social media.

Requirements

  • Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, email, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify
  • Knowledge of product photography and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
