We are a rapidly growing e-commerce service provider managing multiple eBay, Amazon, and Walmart seller accounts. Our goal is to help clients grow their online businesses through end-to-end e-commerce solutions. We're looking for a skilled E-commerce Manager from India to join our team remotely and work in alignment with USA EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

Manage day-to-day operations of eBay, Amazon, and Walmart seller accounts

Handle product listing, optimization, repricing, order fulfillment, and returns

Monitor account health, feedback, metrics, and compliance

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams (if applicable)

Client & Team Coordination

Act as the point of contact for client communication (email, Zoom, Slack, etc.)

Prepare and deliver client presentations and performance reports

Assign tasks and follow up with VAs and support staff to ensure timely execution

Product & Market Research

Research profitable and trending products for dropshipping, wholesale, or private label

Analyze competitors and suggest pricing and positioning strategies

Use tools like Zik Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AutoDS, or similar

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track KPIs like sales, ROI, ACoS, Buy Box %, and conversion rates

Analyze store data to identify areas of improvement and growth

Run promotions, PPC campaigns, and coupons if needed (Amazon/Walmart)

Process & SOP Development

Document workflows and processes for internal team training

Stay updated with marketplace policy changes and train team accordingly

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience managing eBay, Amazon, or Walmart stores

Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, seller policies, and tools

Excellent command of English (written & spoken) – must handle client calls/presentations

Comfortable working 9 AM to 5 PM EST (night shift in India)

Proficient with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, Slack, Zoom, Trello, etc.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Prior experience working with US clients is a plus
