**Ecommerce Specialist**

Batish Technologies Private Limited, a Chandigarh based IT Solutions Company is looking for experienced E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our team and lead the success of online retail initiatives.

**Salary**: As Per Experience
- Identify In demand products for online sales.
- Identify reliable vendors and source products from them.
- Manage optimum stock levels and delivery schedule from vendors.
- Launch products on digital platforms.
- Execute all daily/weekly/monthly website changes, including seasonal content updates, product information, imagery, promotions, and pricing adjustments.
- Manage the end-to-end product setup process, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with web product assortment and selling strategies.
- Update and maintain website content in alignment with the marketing and promotional calendar.
- Launch and analyze on-site promotions to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendation.
- Optimize product navigation, onsite search, and cross-selling strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.

**Desired Skill Set**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration (Marketing, Merchandising, Commerce).
- 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce merchandising with medium to large size retailer/s.
- Experience in managing digital projects, either at an agency or client-side

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
