Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Merchandiser to be part of our Merchandising department in our Garment Manufacturing facility in Kelambakkam Chennai. This position reports into the Merchandising Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Independent ability to handle different customers for order execution & business development
  • Work with the Design team for seasonal collection as per respective customer requirement.
  • Sample development, Price Negotiation & Order confirmation with respective buyers.
  • Material order process as per timeline, working on improving budget & costs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, independent worker, ability to adapt to changing environments & challenges.
  • Experience in handling small & high value business.
  • Strong & clear communication with customers, vendors and with internal teams.
  • Experience in Technical knowhow of Woven Garment manufacturing of different categories like Shirts, Jacket, Bottoms etc.,
  • Excellent Leadership / management experience.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership and commitment to all job responsibilities for result-driven achievements.

Educational Qualification

  • A college degree and minimum of years of experience or above.
