We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join us for our premium

farm plot project Essha Vana located in Heseragatta, Bangalore outskirts and our plotted project Vistaa located in Chikkabllapur.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage potential buyers for Essha Vana farm plots and plots for Vistaa.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and transparency.
  • Educate clients on farm plot investments, long-term land appreciation, and lifestyle benefits.
  • Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads into successful bookings.

Sales & Site Visits

  • Present Essha Vana and Vistaa as a premium farm plots investment option aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct property site visits at Heseragatta and at Chikkabllapur, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Assist clients during negotiations and guide them through the closing process.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on farm plot market trends, land regulations, and competitor projects.
  • Showcase the unique selling points of Essha Vana and Vistaa (location advantage, amenities, future potential).
  • Provide insights to management on customer feedback and evolving buyer demands.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure all property transaction documents are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, site visits, and deal closures.
  • Share weekly and monthly sales reports with the management team.

Event & Campaign Participation

  • Represent Essha Vana and Vistaa at property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
  • Actively participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities for lead generation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience (farm plots and land sales mandatory).
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills in English and regional language (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bangalore, Chikkabllapur or Heseragatta dependingly for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
