Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa for Stewards. The Stewards will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, serving food and drinks, training new staff, and communicating effectively with both the kitchen and guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
  • Experience in training new staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in North Goa
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
