dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Co-founder
who can lead
end-to-end marketing and sales strategy
with a 360° approach — spanning
social media, branding, client acquisition, account management, public relations, and revenue growth

to shape the voice, brand, and trajectory of Vaanee AI.
Role Overview
The
CMO (Co-founder)
will own and drive the complete marketing and sales charter. From market research and positioning, to campaign execution, partnerships, and scaling client accounts, you will be responsible for turning strategy into measurable growth. This role requires full-time commitment and entrepreneurial drive as compensation will be
equity-based
, aligned with our product launch and upcoming funding round.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Vaanee AI's
marketing and sales roadmap
aligned with overall business objectives. - Set clear
marketing goals, KPIs, and success metrics
, ensuring data-driven decision-making. - Design, lead, and optimize
integrated marketing campaigns
across digital, social, PR, and events. - Build and lead the
client acquisition funnel
, from awareness to conversion to account management. - Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to
refine GTM strategies
. - Oversee and optimize
content strategy
, branding, and communications. - Develop
pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies
for AI products. - Maintain ownership of marketing budget, resources, and ROI.
- Continuously monitor
market trends, competitors, and technology shifts
to adapt strategies. - Represent Vaanee AI at conferences, events, and thought-leadership opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/IIM preferred).
- 5+ years of
well-rounded marketing and business development experience
in progressively responsible roles. - 3+ years in a
leadership position
with proven results in scaling revenue and customer acquisition. - Strong expertise in
digital marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, product launches, and growth hacking
. - Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of
market dynamics, brand management, and customer behavior
. - Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for
early-stage growth
and customer advocacy.
