Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence in India. This is not a typical social media role—this is a high-stakes position for a creative thinker who thrives under pressure, can craft viral campaigns, and has a deep understanding of the entertainment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advanced social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness in the Indian entertainment market.
Create high-quality, on-brand content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
Lead innovative campaigns targeting actors, extras, casting agencies, and TV/commercial producers.
Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize strategies to ensure measurable impact.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and international teams to integrate campaigns and amplify reach.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional social media experience, ideally in entertainment, media, or digital marketing for high-profile clients.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven record of creating viral campaigns and measurable growth on multiple social platforms.
Deep knowledge of India's film, TV, and commercial production ecosystem.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
