About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive content-led marketing initiatives, manage our digital presence, and ensure consistent storytelling across all touch points. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable managing website content, writing high-quality assets, and collaborating across teams to bring campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management
  • Plan, write, and manage content for marketing initiatives including blog articles, social campaigns, landing pages, customer journey templates, email sequences, one-pagers, product updates, and case studies.
  • Translate technical product features (e.g., audience segmentation, campaign workflows) into clear business benefits for multiple personas from marketing ops teams to CMOs.
  • Map content to different stages of the customer journey and tailor messaging for each channel.
  • Maintain brand voice and editorial standards across all communications.
  • Build and manage the content calendar; ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Website and Campaign Management
  • Manage and update website content to align with new releases, campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Work closely with the design team to create cohesive campaign assets
  • Collaborate with product marketing to keep messaging consistent and assets updated as features evolve.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights) to monitor performance metrics such as traffic, CTR, demo sign-ups, and engagement.
  • Analyze results and iterate content strategies based on insights.
  • Demand Generation, Sales Alignment & GTM Support
  • Support sales and GTM motions through coordinated demand-generation campaigns.
  • Plan and execute lead-generation activities including targeted email campaigns, webinars, events, and content syndication.
  • Align campaign themes with sales objectives to drive inbound pipeline growth.
  • Track and report on:
  • Campaigns Launched: number of email campaigns, webinars, and events supporting GTM activities.
  • Leads Captured: inbound leads from forms, content downloads, or webinars.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product marketing teams to optimize lead flow, improve follow-up efficiency, and refine messaging.

Must-Have Skills
Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing or marketing for SaaS or technology products, preferably in MarTech or marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to write across multiple channels, blog, social, web, email, and product templates, while maintaining a consistent tone and style.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to interview subject matter experts to translate complex topics into simple narratives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to structure and clarity.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for ideation, outlines, first drafts, repurposing, and SEO optimization with strong human editorial judgment.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Understanding of marketing concepts such as audience segmentation, customer journeys, and personalization.
  • Working knowledge of SEO (search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, keyword research).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights) to inform and improve content strategies.
