Talasha is hiring a
Marketing Manager
for India's Premier Indoor Play Center & Party Venue for kids, based out of Mumbai. This fast-growing chain has 10+ centres across premium locations all across India. This is an impactful role in growing brand awareness & recall via multi-channel & integrated brand marketing

Responsibilities -

  • Develop & execute comprehensive branding & marketing strategies, to strengthen brand narratives & presence.
  • Work on brand marketing via integrated digital & offline channels to ensure alignment on brand messaging, positioning & reach
  • Lead offline Go-to-Market communications & campaigns
  • Help brand build collaborations, associations & partnerships with schools, corporates and other forums
  • Lead participation in relevant industry events to aid in building brand awareness
  • Help brand get barter publicity by tying up with publication houses
  • Work with the agency to create compelling social media campaign calendars that align with brand identity, values, and messaging - providing ongoing oversight for consistency across digital channels (meta, youtube, google).
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, reach out, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations across platforms.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create and implement branding assets, including digital content, social media creatives, website banners, print materials and promotional items.
  • Manage relationships & be the primary point of contact for external partners, including creative agencies, marketing consultants, PR firms, and suppliers

Good to Have -

  • At least 3 years in brand marketing with experience in both offline & digital platforms
  • Proficiency in communication
  • Experience liaising with agencies & working in individual contributor roles
