The
Manager – Marketing (Generalist)
will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing activities across brand building, communication, digital, events, content, and internal/external stakeholder coordination. This role requires a versatile marketer who can think strategically and execute effectively across multiple channels to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Planning

Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and brand objectives.

Coordinate 360° campaign initiatives across digital, offline, and partner channels.

Forecast and manage marketing budgets with efficient ROI.

  • Brand Management

Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across internal and external touchpoints.

Oversee development of brand collaterals, brochures, presentations, videos, and creatives.

Manage agency relationships for creative, PR, and branding projects.

  • Digital & Social Media Support (Generalist Level)

Oversee brand presence across social media platforms; ensure timely content publishing and engagement.

Coordinate with digital teams/agencies for website updates, campaigns, and analytics tracking (light-touch—not specialist-level).

Support reputation management across digital channels.

  • Content Development

Drive creation of marketing content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, emailers, and product/event write-ups.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice and business goals.

  • Events, Activations & Partnerships

Plan and execute customer events, brand activations, industry conferences, and partnership-driven initiatives.

Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage end-to-end event logistics and branding.

  • Sales Enablement

Support sales teams with pitch decks, marketing collaterals, presentations, and lead-generation initiatives.

Develop customer success stories and market communication kits.

  • Market & Competitor Insights

Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis.

Share insights with business and leadership teams to support decision-making.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance, brand metrics, event outcomes, and marketing KPIs.

Present monthly marketing updates to leadership with actionable insights.

Must-Have
Key Requirements
5–7 years of experience in a marketing generalist role.

Strong understanding of brand communication, content development, campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience in managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.

Good To Have
Experience in B2B, real estate, coworking, or service-led industries.

Exposure to customer events, PR coordination, and social media management.

Basic understanding of digital marketing dashboards and reporting.
