Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:

  3. Ensure smooth functioning of the center.

  4. Patient Care:

  5. Ensure high-quality care and service to patients.

  6. Address patient grievances and feedback.

  7. Treatment Protocols:

  8. Develop and implement Ayurvedic treatment protocols.

  9. Monitor treatment outcomes and patient progress.

  10. Staff Training:

  11. Train staff on Ayurvedic practices, patient care, and safety.

  12. Inventory Management:

  13. Manage inventory of herbal medicines, oils, and supplies.

  14. Marketing and Promotion:

  15. Promote Ayurvedic services and treatments.

  16. Collaborate with marketing teams for outreach.

  17. councelling and confirm 10 panchkarma patient in a month.

  18. Financial Management:

  19. Manage center's finances, including budgeting and billing.

Requirements:

. Qualification:

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or equivalent.

  • Management experience preferred.

  • Knowledge:

  • Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and practices.

  • Familiarity with herbal medicines and therapies.

  • Skills:

  • Leadership and management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities May Include:

. Panchakarma Therapies:

  1. Overseeing therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti.

  2. Herbal Medicine Management: Ensuring quality and availability.

  3. Patient Counseling: Providing guidance on Ayurvedic lifestyle, diet.
