Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Center Head / Delivery Head to lead our Pune operations. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in software or embedded product development. This role demands proven expertise in P&L management, people leadership, and delivery excellence across large teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the P&L for the Pune center, ensuring financial targets and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor teams of 50+ professionals across software and embedded product development.
  • Drive delivery excellence across multiple projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with global teams, including US and European stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Support talent acquisition, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the center's capabilities and business impact.
  • Engage with senior leadership and clients to align delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, training, and upskilling across teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1520+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven P&L management experience.
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading teams of 50+.
  • Background in software development or embedded product development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams, preferably in the US or Europe.
