Assistant Center Head
to join our team.

You should be comfortable with dogs - if you are afraid of dogs then this job is not for you as we are an NGO working for sterilisation of stray dogs

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to colleagues. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

Responsibilities

  1. Report to the Centre Head and provide optimal support for the smooth functioning of the Centre.
  2. Maintain document filing system, contact database, employee list, and medicine and other supplies inventory.
  3. Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting visitors as they enter the centre, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
  4. Assist finance department with reimbursements, and billings, and carry out bank-related transactions.
  5. Order and oversee office supplies, food/medicine and other deliveries on time.
  6. Provide administrative support to the Center Head, including email correspondence, documentation support and generation and distribution of memos, letters, etc.
  7. Plan, organize, and schedule team meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference.
  8. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.

Work Experience

1-3 years in any industry (preferably in an Animal Hospital/Clinic environment)

Candidates should be good at using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
