About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex AI/ML, Cloud, and Platform Engineering projects. This role demands a hands-on leader who can design delivery frameworks, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project outcomes with quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across AI/ML, cloud-native, and software engineering initiatives.
  • Lead Agile execution through sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct demos, and manage expectations.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management for concurrent projects.
  • Establish and enforce delivery standards including CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and IaC frameworks.
  • Monitor delivery health through KPIs such as velocity, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive process improvement, delivery optimization, and continuous learning across teams.
  • Partner with pre-sales and solution teams to define project scope, feasibility, and delivery commitments.
