Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Center Incharge located in Pune. The responsibilities include overseeing daily delivery center operations, managing inventory, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring timely last-mile deliveries. The Delivery Center Incharge will also play a key role in coordinating with clients to deliver excellent customer service and implementing process improvements to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management skills to oversee center workflows and delivery systems
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management with attention to detail
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with stakeholders effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to drive data-based decision-making and optimize processes
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
