Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Head, located in Pune. The Call Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The responsibilities include analyzing key performance metrics, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, and fostering a customer-centric environment. Additionally, the role involves managing, training, and mentoring call center teams to meet organizational targets.

2-3 years in managing a call center.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Call Center Administration and Contact Center operations
  • Have a good knowledge of Loan Against Property and Business Loan
  • Should be comfortable working from the office (Pune).
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience in workforce planning and monitoring performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in management or a related field
  • Experience in fintech or the financial services industry is a considerable advantage
