Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Prior exposure to the FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end to end recruitment and onboarding process.

* Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.

* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

* Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

* Support performance management and appraisal processes.

* Liaise with departmental heads for manpower planning and grievance handling.

* Prepare HR reports and maintain employee database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Any Graduate.

* 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist profile.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation.

* Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
