Job Title: Senior HR

Location: Sector 48, Gurugram

Experience: 1-3 years

Working Days: 6 days working (WF0)

Position Overview:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional encompassing recruitment, generalist functions, HR policies, payroll, policy creation and implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, managing day-to-day HR operations, and supporting the organization's strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics, including compliance training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with current legislation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels and methods.
  • Basic knowledge of HR softwares.
  • Actively managing the attendance of employees on regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Full time Bachelors/ masters degree (preferred) in HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, operations, HR policies, Manual payroll, and HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and resolve complex HR issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
