We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Digital Project Manager
to lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality project execution while driving operational excellence, resource planning, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead the overall
    planning, execution, and delivery
    of projects across departments (creative, digital, media, and tech).
  • Define project delivery frameworks, workflows, and performance standards to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage multiple project teams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads, account managers, and clients to align project goals and expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee resource allocation, task prioritization, and workload distribution for optimal team efficiency.
  • Track project performance metrics and present delivery reports to senior management.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and team efficiency through feedback and performance analysis.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators, building a culture of accountability and ownership.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with the company's quality, brand, and operational standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, , Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of digital, marketing, or technology project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in project or delivery management roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in a digital agency, IT services, or marketing environment preferred.
