About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our growing team at the Innovation Hub. This role will involve managing projects, ensuring that development teams follow Agile practices and collaborate effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management, Agile methodologies, and the ability to work across multiple teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of projects including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage project goals, objectives, and priorities, and removing obstacles where needed for smooth project delivery.
• Track and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Help manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinate communication between different project teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Assist with backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure work items are clearly defined and understood by the team.
• Support and encourage the use of Agile best practices within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and Agile workflows.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Agile project management and Agile ceremonies, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and priorities for software development projects in a technical environment.
• 1+ years of experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and similar project management software.
• Ability to manage distributed/satellite development teams in multiple locations working collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and tools (e.g., version control, CI/CD pipelines) and exposure to technologies like Python, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or similar) or interest in obtaining certification.
