1. Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and management of all initiatives related to the portal. This includes overseeing the website's design, development, and enhancement; coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, design, content, and marketing); managing vendors and partners; and ensuring the timely delivery of projects that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
This role demands a balance of technical understanding, digital marketing insight, project management expertise, and a passion for yoga and wellness.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Website Development & Management
- Lead the planning, design, and development of the portal, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Coordinate between developers, UI/UX designers, and content creators to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Define and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho Projects.
- Ensure proper integration of modules such as teacher listings, course management, payment gateways, and booking systems.
- Supervise SEO implementation, analytics tracking, and website maintenance (hosting, SSL, backups, updates).
- Conduct regular usability testing, bug tracking, and feedback cycles to ensure platform optimisation.
B. Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct weekly progress reviews with internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to project scope and deadlines.
- Maintain structured documentation for all development, marketing, and operational processes.
- Manage vendor relationships (web agencies, content teams, marketing partners, etc.) and evaluate their performance.
- Report project status, risks, and corrective actions to senior management.
C. Digital Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with 's brand and outreach strategy.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, GEO, content marketing, and social media initiatives to improve brand visibility.
- Plan and manage campaigns for partnerships with yoga studios, institutions, and influencers.
- Track and report digital metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, lead generation).
- Manage newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
D. Content & Communication
- Work closely with content writers, photographers, and videographers to curate authentic, high-quality material.
- Oversee uploading and categorisation of courses, events, and teacher profiles.
- Ensure all communication (website, social media, email) aligns with 's mission and tone.
- Facilitate translations, localisation, and accessibility compliance where needed.
E. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with yoga institutions, teachers, and partner organisations for collaborations.
- Support onboarding of studios and teachers to the platform, ensuring smooth communication and technical handholding.
- Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to formalise agreements, payments, and compliance.
F. Technology & Innovation
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies relevant to e-learning, wellness, and community engagement.
- Propose enhancements to improve platform performance and engagement through data-driven insights.
Support integration of CRM, AI tools, and analytics dashboards for improved decision-making.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical / Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of website architecture, CMS platforms (WordPress, Strapi, or similar), and API integrations.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console), and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Zoho).
- Experience in managing UI/UX design workflows, wireframes, and responsive design standards.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, content workflows, and campaign analytics.
Managerial & Soft Skills
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
Passion for yoga, wellness, or conscious living preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Management, or related discipline.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Digital Marketing preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in managing digital or web-based projects.
Prior experience in e-learning, wellness, or platform-based businesses will be advantageous.

Timely completion of development milestones and releases.
- Website uptime, load speed, and performance metrics.
- Growth in user registrations, traffic, and engagement.
- Number of successfully onboarded partners and institutions.
- ROI and conversion performance of marketing campaigns.
