This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the ERP strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying complex compliance tools and a broad background in ERP security implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the strategy and approach for UI masking solution.
  • Lead the creation of test scripts for unit testing, functional and UAT testing for UI Masking
  • Create the end user training decks for UI masking, ABAC and Onapsis. 
  • Create  remediation plans for Onapsis vulnerability assessment findings and lead the resolution working with the Basis, SAP security and platform teams. 
  • Deliver security training (end user training in all areas as required -  for e.g., ABAC, UI Masking etc)
  • Design and implement solution involving information security and compliance needs. 
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, or organization-wide deployment.
  • Resolve complex compliance problems where in-depth security evaluation is required.
  • Lead the development & implementation of tools such as NextLabs & Pathlock.  
  • Creation of test scripts around data masking, entitlements, access roles, generating ERP alerts and SIEM integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies.
  • Administer and maintain NextLabs, Pathlock products and technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Creation of documentation, ERP security policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required 
  • Experience applying ERP security features and best practices.
  • Understanding the concept of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within ERP Landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Prior experience as a people manager.
  • Must be willing and able to travel

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Implementation experience in ERP security and compliance tools such as - NextLabs, Pathlock, ERP UI Masking.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP Security and Compliance arena covering Attribute Based Access Controls, Role Based Access Controls.
  • Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT) Department and other Business Units.
