About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Associates for one of our premium clients. This is an outbound sales process, where you will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving business growth.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products/services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the team to meet business objectives.
Shift & Timings
- Shift Duration: 9 hours
- Timings: May vary between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (depending on business requirements).
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream).
- 02 years of experience in sales / business development (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals.
- Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools (preferred).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejections positively.
