Job Summary: We're looking for a highly motivated Plant Breeder to work under the guidance of our senior scientists. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in plant breeding, genetics, and crop improvement. Freshers with relevant academic background and enthusiasm for research are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior scientists in breeding programs for cereal, forage, and oil crops.
  • Conduct field experiments, data collection, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement breeding strategies for crop improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of breeding materials, experiments, and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives.
  • Stay updated on latest research and technological advancements in plant breeding.

Requirements

  • Plant Breeding, Genetics, Plant Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of plant breeding principles, genetics, and statistics.
  • Familiarity with crop improvement techniques and breeding software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
