Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate at our office in Jabalpur. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving product adoption. Daily tasks include onboarding new customers, addressing customer inquiries, identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and providing proactive support through regular follow-ups. The role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver solutions to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and build long-term relationships
  • Customer service experience, including handling client requests, resolving issues, and improving satisfaction
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the ability to analyze customer feedback and data for decision-making
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver consistent results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry or customer success roles is a plus
